Sushi Shin by Miyakawa

Perched on the 38th floor of the Mandarin Oriental in Tokyo, Sushi Shin by Miyakawa is a stunning setting to enjoy some Omakase. This is Omakase done with such refined skill and service, you’ll be amazed at how quickly the 90 minutes passes by. You never feel rushed, and the chefs have a great handle of English so they take the time to explain each dish with care.

This type of meal is art, so I’ll let the pictures do the talking and simply encourage you to check out Sushi Shin if in Tokyo. I took the liberty of popping into the bar downstairs and having a Gyokuru Gin and Tonic before my meal. This is a luxury afternoon and a joyful experience I hope you get to try.
