Senor Ceviche

I’ve been meaning to try this Peruvian spot for a while, I don’t tend to eat much South American food but London has a really great scene that includes spots like Andina, Ceviche, and now Senor Ceviche. I love a good deal and if you are unsure of what to order, simply go with a group of friends/family and get their set menu for £34 per person. The Chifa Chicharrones are perfectly prepared pork belly that maintains a good balance of crispiness and juiciness as you bite in, they are on the smaller size but pack a lot flavour. The Senor Ceviche as you expect is delicious, anything that comes with coriander, lime, and raw seafood is going to get my attention. Finally, the Panchamanca pork ribs slow cooked with yakiniku sauce and peanuts hit the spot, the meat was extremely tender and well seasoned. The only thing you may be looking for is some form of carbs that isn’t sweet potato fries!

There is an option to add cocktails to the meal which for a Sunday dinner felt a bit dangerous. They have an extensive cocktail menu but if you’ve never had a Peruvian drink, indulge in a Pisco Sour, they do them a ton of different ways here so by the time you’ve tried them all you’ll probably be on the floor. Enjoy!

Price per person: £34 and up depending on those lethal cocktails
