Fadiga Ristorante Bolognese

As you may have seen, we got back from Bologna not too long ago, and it was a mission to find Tortellini in broth. Thank god we were given a recommendation for a new Italian restaurant in Soho that focuses on the region of Bologna, Fadiga Ristorante Bolognese is a fantastic addition to Soho with some incredibly authentic dishes that took me back to Bologna. The pictures tell the story, this is incredibly well prepared food that will bring a tear to your eyes. Oddly though, the meatballs with Parma ham was a surprise as I figured it would be more a tomato based sauce but to my surprise was prepared in a Parmesan sauce. This is well worth a visit, I need to go with friends so I can order everything on the menu.
